RHI Annual Meeting & Banquet 2017

Greetings RHI Board Members and friends,

It gives me great pleasure to inform you of the upcoming annual meeting on Saturday, July 15, 2017 in Harlan, Kentucky. The meeting will be held at the Harlan Civic Center and will start promptly at 10:00 A.M.  The street address for the Civic Center is: 201 S Main St, Harlan, KY 40831. I am requesting that all board members make arrangements in advance and plan to attend this very important meeting. Time is of the essence, as Harlan is a small town and accommodations are limited.

In addition, please join us on Friday July 14, 2017 at 5:30 pm and Saturday, July 15th 2017 at  10:00 for our Annual Meeting and 6:30 pm for our  Banquet Celebration and Scholarship Program again, we will be having a meet and greet on Friday, July 14th 2017 at 5:30 pm, morning meeting on Saturday, July 15th 2017 at 10:00 am Morning and mid-day activities will be scheduled for your enjoyment or you may relax at the hotel until the Banquet Saturday, July 15th 2017 at 6:30 pm. All meetings and the banquet will be held at the Harlan Civic Center. Please check your mail for more information concerning the event or click “packages” for more detailed information on the packages that are being offered for this event and hotel information.

There are 6 packages for you to choose from with regards to your meals.

Package 1 - meal for (1) one ticket for Friday night’s meet and greet; the cost is 13.50

Package 2- meal for (1) one ticket for Saturday night’s banquet; the cost is 40.00

Package 3- meal for (1) one ticket each for Friday and Saturday night events; the cost is 43.50 (savings of 10.00)

Package 4 - meal for (2) two tickets for Friday night’s meet and greet; the cost is 25.00

Package 5- meal for (2) two tickets for Saturday night’s banquet; the cost is 60.00

Package 6- meal for (2) two tickets each for Friday and Saturday night events and the cost is 75.00 (savings of 10.00)
